Click "Review Order" to see your itemized order and total, including sales tax.

Pay Securely

Pay for your order in full online (a 6.2% sales tax is added at checkout) to place and confirm it.

Pickup

Your order is freshly prepared and ready for pickup at your requested time — hot and ready if you'd like.

Recommended portions are per person. Choose to add BBQ sauce or have your meat sliced where available.

Bakery

Buns can be pre-sliced and ready for serving for an additional $0.25 per bun.

Desserts

Additional Services

  • Meat Slicing: Available for an additional $1.50 per pound (select per meat above).
  • Riblets: Smoked Baby Back Ribs can be cut into riblets for an additional $5.00 per rack (select on the item above).
  • Bun Preparation: Buns can be pre-sliced and ready for serving for $0.25 per bun (select per item above).
  • Pineapple Sauce: Available on our ham steaks as an optional add-on in place of BBQ sauce, at no extra charge.
  • Heating Service: We can have your order hot and ready for pickup for an additional 10% of the food order total (maximum charge of $100). Choose "Hot & ready for pickup" under Serving Temperature.
